amo-stickers.com (or “the Site”) is a presentation site of SC SRL. The Site is owned and operated by AMO-STICKERS.DECOR S.R.L, headquartered in Botosani, Tudor Vladimirescu Street 14, sc A, 3rd floor, apt. 12, Botosani county, with VAT number 44995217, hereinafter referred to as “Amo Stickers.”

According to Law no. 677/2001 and Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (applicable in Romania since May 25, 2018), Amo Stickers is a personal data operator.

“GDPR” represents Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

“Personal data” means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”);

An identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more specific elements specific to his physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.

Amo Stickers may change this Privacy Policy at any time. All updates and modifications to this Policy are valid immediately after notification, which we will do by posting on the site and/or notifying by email.

Both according to current legislation and GDPR (applicable from May 25, 2018), your consent is not required if the processing is necessary for the performance of steps before entering into a contract, the fulfillment of a legal obligation, or legitimate interest.

Regarding the data we automatically collect through the use of cookies or other similar technologies, the legal basis for processing is consent. By accessing the site, you validly consent to the processing.
