According to Law no. 677/2001 and Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (applicable in Romania since May 25, 2018), Amo Stickers is a personal data operator.
“GDPR” represents Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
“Personal data” means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”);
An identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more specific elements specific to his physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.
Amo Stickers may change this Privacy Policy at any time. All updates and modifications to this Policy are valid immediately after notification, which we will do by posting on the site and/or notifying by email.
